We are glad to share with everyone that Prof. Qing (Cindy) Chang was announced as one of 2024 College of Fellows by the Soceity of Manufacturing Engineers.

Since 1986, the SME College of Fellows has honored those members who have made outstanding contributions to the social, technological, and educational aspects of the manufacturing profession. These nine industry professionals have earned this highly prestigious honor through 20 years or more of dedication and service to manufacturing.

Muhammad Waseem, presented our paper, “Dynamic Modeling and Real-time Performance Analysis of Multi-product Batch Manufacturing Systems with Perishable Products,” at the 52nd North American Manufacturing Research Conference (NAMRC’52).

Kshitij Bhatta was awarded with the Link Lab Early-Stage Research Award.

The Early-Stage Research Award honors Link Lab graduate students who have demonstrated excellence in research and scholarship during the early and mid-stages of their graduate studies. He was awarded for his ecellent research efforts which has led to numerous publications in both Journals and Conference. Read more about the award here.

We are happy to share that Chen Li was awarded the pretigious MAE Department Excellent Graduate Student Award. Chen was awarded for excellent contribution to her field of research which has rseulted in numerous contributions in Journals and Conferences.

We are glad to inform that Dr. Tian Xu our lab as a Post-Doc. Tian finished his Ph.D. from Zhejiang University.
